VILLA SHA

Property Manager:

Eric, our property manager will reach out to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed, he will follow through with all your requests before, during and after your stay. He will make sure you get your transportation the moment you land, he is here to welcome you on arrival and assist you with everything you need. Eric will visit you daily to make sure all operations and requests go through smoothly, some of our guests have called him “the genie” as he makes things happen so don’t hesitate to ask whatever you have in mind!

Two housekeepers:

Daily housekeeping service is provided from 8:00 AM to 6:00 pm, from making you an excellent cappuccino to setting up a romantic scene for your suite, Ana and David will make sure all your needs are met, got a shirt stained, need some ironing, forgot toothpaste, want to surprise one of your guests with a special decoration, need help packing or unpacking and even babysitting. Just mention it and they will take care of the rest.

Chef and kitchen assistant:

Our Chef Polo has traveled the world, from Brazil to Amsterdam, from USA to Spain, his expertise for you to enjoy is available for all three daily meals, (food and beverage not included). Our Chef has catered from Vegan to Kosher and always delivers, you will find some menu options as just suggestions but we recommend you to just mention your likes and dislikes and allow him to surprise you with his specialities, from Mexican to Asian, from seafood to Keto he’s got it all, we also have an assistant cook for any meals in between you would like such as snacks or appetizers.

Bartender:

Saul is one of the most important staff members of our team, he will make sure you are well hydrated, with 25 years experience as barman he is always ready to put a smile on your face, can’t figure out what to drink just let him give you one of his registered cocktails, his friendliness and great attitude will make you hang out at either of our two bars, his services are included for 5 hours a day which you can choose morning, afternoon or late evening. If you would like to extend his hours it is possible just let our manager know and it can be arranged.

Waiter:

No need to get out of the pool or why interrupt your sunset sessions? Just let our waiter bring whatever you desire over to you, Omar is magical and everyone loves him, as one of our guests said before “he can read minds, as soon as I am on my last sip he is already there with the next one, amazing”. Five hours service is included in your stay, but for a small fee you can have an all day service, we definitely recommend this option specially for large groups,

Common areas and your personal go to guy:

Miguel is one of a kind, he takes care of all the common areas, need pool inflatables? He’s there, feel like shooting some darts or minigolf? He’ll get them, craving a Cuban cigar? Miguel will get it. If you want to go pick your own bottles of wine or forget to buy something from the pharmacy or store, he can take you or run out and get it. Towels, shopping, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding… he’s your man!

General maintenance staff:

We take care of every detail and make sure Villa Sha is in optimal conditions. Please let our manager know if anything is not working properly and we will take care and fix it as soon as possible.
Our pool boy takes care of the pool and the jacuzzi to maintain them in perfect conditions and our gardener is always taking care of the plants and contributes with a beautiful and luxurious environment.

Security Guard:

Our security guard is in from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am so you always have staff at the property 24/7, our neighborhood is very safe, we have never had an issue, we have a navy base and a police station nearby so he is really there to make sure if you go out at night he will be at the door to greet you whenever you come back, if you need some late night transportation he can get it for you.
